Science shows telomeres play a vital role in the aging process, so the premature shortening of your telomeres is something you want to prevent — short telomeres are associated with many aging diseases.

I committed to writing and publishing daily, and 30 days later, I’ve increased my writing output by 500% over the last month.

I’m sitting here in the chaos of Terminal 1 of the San Diego Airport while people travel around me like a time-lapse.

I checked in late to my afternoon flight to San Diego, so I was prepared to be sandwiched between two people.

What Getting A Sleeve Tattoo Taught Me About Self-development.

I’m traveling to San Diego this afternoon to finish my sleeve tattoo.

Getting a sleeve tattoo is a lot like self-improvement: you set your eyes on a vision and strive to make it a reality.
